Our engineers will again be attending site on the 15th of May to replace some customer equipment that could be causing this problem.
Services are currently online and are expected to stay mostly stable, the fault impacts a subsection of customers in the SE10 postcode, whose services may drop for a couple of minutes at irregular intervals.
